Clinical Staff

Matthew B.R. Nessetti, M.D., Ph.D., ABFM, ABMP
Dr. Nessetti is an M.D. specializing in Family Medicine/Obstetrics/Pediatrics and a Ph.D. specializing in Medical Psychologist/Psychopharmacology. He serves as the medical director for all NCHC services. He cares for patients in both the medical and psychology clinics. He is on staff at all of the major Lincoln hospitals and will follow his patients during their hospital stays.

Doris K Ramirez Nessetti, M.D.
Dr. Ramirez Nessetti is a Obstetrician/Gynecologist and serves as the medical director of NCHC women’s services and cosmetics/esthetics services. She is on staff at all of the major Lincoln hospitals and will follow her patients during their hospital stays.

Lee Zlomke, Ph.D., DABPS
Dr. Zlomke is a Licensed Psychologist with board certification in Forensic Psychology. He provides evaluation and treatment services in our Lincoln and Beatrice offices. He specializes in behavioral assessments and interventions for forensic clients and is available for community, court, and attorney referrals.

Ryan Ernst, Psy.D.
Dr. Ernst is a provisionally licensed Clinical Psychologist. He conducts psychological diagnostic interviews and specializes in neuropsychological assessments and rehabilitation. He directs NCHC’s ADHD evaluation and treatment services and provides care in our Lincoln, Beatrice, and Fremont behavioral health clinics. He also provides a wide variety of nursing home evaluation and treatment services.

Stephanie Kentopp, M.A.
Stephanie is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner specializing in the mental health care of individuals and families. She also specializes in the care of substance dependent patients who also have behavioral health needs. She coordinates NCHC’s intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment services and alcohol education programs.

Nikki Goff, LPN
Nikki is the coordinator of NCHC medical services. She provides nursing services to both Dr. Nessetti’s and Dr. Ramirez Nessetti’s patients. She also coordinated immunization/vaccinations and laboratory services at NCHC.

Brenda Reeves, LPN
Brenda is the coordinator of NCHC medical OB/GYN services. She provides nursing services to both Dr. Ramirez Nessetti’s and Dr. Nessetti’s patients. She also coordinates immunization/vaccinations and laboratory services at NCHC.

Administrative Staff

Kelly Prather
Kelly has been NCHC’s Practice Administrator for more than a decade and has intimate and expert knowledge in medical administration as well as coding/billing for both psychological and medical services. She can answer your questions regarding coordinating your care, payment services, and making full use of NCHC’s wide variety of health care services.

Mindy Hawco
Mindy is our patient care coordinator.  She is a master at helping you coordinate your care with NCHC’s wide variety of services as well as with other community resources.  She will go to great lengths to help you find and benefit from the care you need.  Aside from coordinating our patient care, she serves as our coordinator of marketing and community resource services.  

Pam Ward
Pam is the patient accounts manager.  She is the assertive voice that knows the language of your insurance benefits and can help you traverse this complicated landscape.  She has years of experience in medical billing and accounts management and is here to help you get the benefits you and your employer have purchased for your family’s well being.

Valerie Fisher
Valerie is the voice you hear most often when you first call NCHC.  She is our medical/psychology patient care scheduler and coordinator.  Along with her history as a nurse and caregiver, she has years of experience coordinating the care you need.  She specializes in helping you make the most of the NCHC services by integrating your medical and behavioral health appointments and working directly with clinical staff and patients on their upcoming health care needs.
