URGENT CARE SERVICES

Most Primary Care clinics are only open to 4:30 or 5:00.  At NCHC we are open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday – Thursday and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday to serve your needs and provide the same services to our patients and their families in our urgent care facility as we do in our daily clinic. We Can Help!

• Cuts/Lacerations

• High Blood Pressure/Hypertension
• Infections
• Immunizations
• Work Related Injuries

Imaging:  Our clinic is equipped with X-Ray, Electrocardiogram, Ultrasound, and other technology for examining the patient fully.  We can prepare your imaging for follow-up care right here in our clinic or to take with you to an appointed specialist.

On Location Laboratory: Our modern on-site lab allows us to give you quick results for blood counts, cholesterol and lipids, electrolytes, strep screens, urine drug screens, pregnancy tests, urine analysis, and flu and mono tests.

Prescription Management:  Our digital electronic medical records allow us to send your prescription straight to the pharmacy via e-mail or fax.  We can also call in a prescription anywhere you would like.  This saves you time!
