FAMILY MEDICINE

We are committed to providing you with the very best in quality care and attention. We offer a full range of services for children, teens, men and women including comprehensive health exams and ongoing care.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

We offer a comprehensive array of Behavioral Health Services which include group and individual therapies, psychological assessments and substance abuse treatment, among many others.

OBSTETRICS / WOMEN’S HEALTH

At NCHC, several of the providers offer gynecology examinations and obstetrical services as a part of your comprehensive patient care.

PEDIATRICS

NCHC provides care of children from birth to young adult. This encompasses a broad spectrum of health services ranging from preventative health care and well baby visits to diagnosis and treatment of diseases and dysfunction.

GERIATRICS / HEALTHY AGING

Geriatrics is the branch of medicine that focuses on the health care of the aging within our community.  It aims to promote health and to prevent and treat diseases and disabilities in older adults.

COSMETICS / ESTHETICS

At NCHC we understand the unique requirements of the cosmetic patient. We will conduct an effective cosmetic patient consultation and offer integrated cosmetic care that complements your other medical/surgical needs.

URGENT CARE  SERVICES

Most Primary Care clinics are only open to 4:30 or 5:00.  At NCHC we are open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday – Thursday and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday to serve your needs.
